STRATO uses USPS to ship all of our merchandise. Transit time is usually about 5 - 10 days, unless express mail requested.
Returns:
If you did not purchase your products from the STRATO website, please contact your original place of purchase to return your items.
We will gladly accept unused, unwashed or undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note that a $22 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
